Patrick Lane-Nott

Founder, President & Chief Technology Officer

A chartered systems and technology engineer with more than 30 years across Formula 1, aerospace, future flight and advanced mobility. Patrick chairs the Royal Aeronautical Society’s Lighter-Than-Air Working Group, shaping industry standards for next-generation aviation. He specialises in turning complex, multi-disciplinary engineering into deployable solutions, and translates deep technology into clear narratives for technical, commercial and investor audiences.

Dan Reitzik

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

A serial technology founder known for building category-defining companies. Dan co-founded and led DMG Blockchain Solutions (TSXV: DMGI), where he raised more than $125M and built a fully operational mining and data-centre campus powered by an 85 MW substation. He later founded and led TerraZero Technologies, acquired in 2023. Across every venture, his focus has been commercialising emerging technology at scale.

Andrew Sammut-Alessi

Head of Operations

Twenty years at the elite level of motorsport, including multiple world championships with the dominant Red Bull Formula 1 team, and most recently Head of Technical Operations at Aston Martin F1. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with full P&L ownership across concept, supply chain, manufacturing and delivery — he brings precision, compliance and delivery under pressure to everything Hoverblox builds.

Dr John Otter

Head of Aerodynamics

An aerodynamicist specialising in propulsion, power generation and aircraft performance. John completed a Rolls-Royce–sponsored PhD at Cranfield, then joined the University of Cambridge as a Post-Doctoral Research Associate working on low-carbon turbine research. His work spans structural analysis, computer vision, optics and signal processing.
